KRAUT JUICE (aka: fermented vegetable juice)

That’s right! Kraut Juice from our very own kraut-making process. It’s basically all of the wonderful juice left over in the crocks after the jarring process is completed, captured for you to enjoy whenever you want a zippy, zingy blast of probiotics, enzymes, electrolytes, vitamins and minerals. Drink a shot as a daily tonic (we actually go for an entire wine glassful!) or use it as a zesty “secret ingredient” for enhancing the WOW-factor of soups, stews and stir-frys. Just add a splash to taste to whatever you are making. Or, for the EASIEST and most healthful salad dressing EVER, mix 1 part vegetable/nut/seed oil (like olive or sunflower) with 2-3 parts Kraut Juice. Or keep it even simpler by drizzling it over salad, straight up.

Flavors vary (please inquire), but generally include: Kimchi Juice, Classic Kraut Juice and Garlicky Greens Juice, plus whatever the current seasonal offerings.
